Hello,

After more than 20 years with Wyoming Network, Inc. I have decided to retire.  This was not an easy decision.  We have the best clients in the world, and many have become close friends.  I have also been lucky to have an outstanding staff.  They are dedicated to our clients and ignore the clock when they are helping someone.

A new (to us) company will be taking over our hosting, domain names, secure certificates, email, and spam filtering.  Their name is Jub Jub (I’ll let them explain that).  The company is very similar to ours – they have been around for 20 years and are a small company, focused on clients and customers.  The company is run by Lee Pooler and his wife Lydia.  They have a daughter in elementary school that they adore, and a dog that they spoil.  He’ll introduce himself later in this letter.

So what does this mean to you?  Not much, other than the people sending you invoices will change.  Your website will not go down.  Your email will not be affected.  You will continue to own your website and your domain name.  Updates and changes to your website will continue to be done quickly and efficiently.  And some of the same great employees at Wyoming Network will be staying on to help Jub Jub.  And I will also be around to help with the transition and make sure things run smoothly.  So nothing will change, other than the new folks who will be helping with your website and email.

The main purpose of this letter is to introduce you to Lee, and to thank you for being our clients.  Here’s Lee.

On behalf of all of us at Jub Jub, I’m honored to welcome Wyoming Network’s clients to the Jub Jub family and look forward to living up to the high standards set by Dave and his team. As Dave mentioned, Jub Jub is a family-owned business that we started over 20 years ago and although times have changed, our focus has remained the same: our clients. We think of our clients as partners, and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, fast response times, and high customer satisfaction. Our team provides a full range of website services including design, development, and hosting.

I run the hosting side of our business and my wife, Lydia, runs design and development. When I’m not at the office, you can find me ref-ing my daughter’s soccer games, mountain biking, or walking our dog, Harley. Lydia is most likely playing tennis, or wishing she was playing tennis.

Our top priority is making this transition as smooth as possible and continuing the same level of great customer service you’re used to. Our hosting includes a traffic reporting website with detailed information about your website’s traffic. Plus we print out a report and mail it to you every month. The report we print out is a summary of the information on the traffic reporting website. It tells you how many people came to your website, what pages they looked at, the search engines they used, and even the words they typed into the search engines to find you. We look at those reports before we put them in the envelope and mail them. If we see a website isn’t doing well, we will tweak it behind the scenes and resubmit it to the search engines at no charge. If it requires a change that is visible, we will talk to you about it ahead of time and get your permission to do the changes.

We also provide free tech support, and we make text and pdf updates for free. The updates are done quickly… usually within a couple of hours of receiving an e-mail with the request. We ask for 24 hours just in case, but most updates are done the same day.

Give us a call!  We hate those automated systems, so we don’t use them.  Your call is important enough to us to actually answer the phone. Wouldn’t it be great if other companies answered their own phones?
